General tips
There are many types of sneakers, with different production methods and quality. Not all of them react to water in the same way.
For example, some dyes used for leather, suede or textile may bleed when in contact with water.
It is therefore essential to always test the reaction of materials to water on an inconspicuous part of the sneakers. For example, with a damp microfiber cloth.
Many sneakers are made of more delicate and lower quality materials than those used in most shoes.
Due to their fragility, it is better to clean them regularly and lightly than to wait until it is too late and have to clean them thoroughly, which can shorten the lifespan of your shoes more quickly.
Take good care of your sneakers by maintaining them regularly and follow these simple cleaning tips for a long-lasting life of your favorite sneakers.
Suede, fabric or certain types of leather can darken from water. This dark color will diminish as they dry.
NOTE: Let your shoes air dry and not near a heat source such as the sun or a heater. This can cause them to discolour and/or shrink.
To be able to clearly see the result compared to the original condition of your shoe, we recommend that you first clean one shoe.
